SELECTION PROCESS

Forms for joining 180 DC JMC are released once a year, at the beginning of the odd semester. You are required to go through our selection process to become a part of our team to join the consulting world.

We have a 3 round selection procedure which involves the following:

GROUP DISCUSSION

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

There are no pre-requisites required for joining the team. We seek people who think out of the box, are eager to learn and are passionate about consulting.

Once you join the team, you start as Junior Consultant.

As you move along the journey, you climb a step up to become a Senior Consultant or an Executive Board Member.

You are required to stay in the society for a minimum of 1 year which makes it a one year engagement, spanning across two semesters.
